Load and unload your van
Your van is a warehouse of its own, and everything you invoice on the spot leaves it. In the morning you ask for the stock you need from the depot that supplies your van; in the evening you send back what you will not carry overnight. The depot hands the goods over and posts each transfer, and only then does the stock count as moved.
Load the van
Section titled “Load the van”- Start your day, then on the Home tab tap Stock Transfer.
- Tap Load Stock. The list shows the items from your catalog that the depot has in stock.
- Search for an item, or tap Scan barcode, and enter the quantity you need against each one.
- Tap Submit.
The request appears at the top of Transfer History as Draft. Collect the goods from the depot; once the storekeeper posts the transfer, it shows Posted and the stock is in your van.
Unload the van
Section titled “Unload the van”- On the Home tab, tap Stock Transfer, then Unload Stock. The list shows what your van holds.
- Enter the quantity you are returning against each item.
- Tap Submit.
The unload waits as Draft until the depot checks the goods and posts it.
Follow your transfers
Section titled “Follow your transfers”Transfer History lists your loads and unloads of the last few days, newest first, as Draft, Posted or Void. Tap one to see its warehouses, lines and notes. A transfer the depot refused shows Void: ask the storekeeper why before you request it again.
Loading and unloading need your day to be started and a live connection. If Stock Transfer stays grey, your rep profile has no van, or your van is not linked to a depot: ask your manager.
